I have been in Business Development the last several years been working with Avid Payment Solutions identifying new market trends and opportunities, contacting prospective customers, influencing the directions of sales efforts, and watching the Industry for trends that would change our prospective.Other most recent employment was with Green-tree Funding offering small businesses short term funding based on the last four months gross income and bank statements. Repayment is based off of daily payments called factoring and also credit based. At the same time I worked as a realtor part time for about four years prospecting and helping customers find a dream home or much needed rental. I participated in social advertising and creation of advertising techniques such as links and websites.I worked at Education Dynamics on the Job Case team as a career agent handling inbound and outbound calls and matching people’s qualifications with jobs they are qualified for. Afterwards I was helping them find long term career goals and educational opportunities so I could transfer them to an education agent who would then match them with a college. I also created some rebuttals and scripting filtered through QC. The company was sold in January 2016 and through a downsizing process eliminated many on the Education side and our entire Job Case team all at once.I have been employed in debt settlement screening potential customers and closing as a sales floor manager. I also was employed in insurance as a Licensed CPSR which is a Certified Professional Service Representative for auto and homeowner insurance face to face and over the phone. I worked for the same owners in mortgage refinance both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.I have been in sales and sold as well as closed about everything there is to sell over the phone with great results.
