CHI is in the process of offloading there IT to Wipro and needed consultants to come in to replace employees which had moved on to better prospects. I am responsible for the day to day server administration of 110+ physical servers and 130+ virtual servers. Responsible for taking support tickets/calls and determining if the server group should resolve or if they should be redirected to other groups.

Knoxville, Tennessee Area

I was responsible for multiple clients in the Greater Knoxville Area. I maintain clients complete computer environments (server, network and workstation). I perform about 65% of my daily tasks from my office remotely and only do onsite visits when otherwise unavoidable to limit customer down time. I also act as backup for the network engineers in the Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooga areas.
