Worked closely with Business Analysts to obtain client requirements and translated into specific functional requirements. Provided project development and quality assurance (QA) time estimates. Involved with the Waste Stream and Residue Identification and Characterization (WSRIC) program. The WSRIC program was undertaken to identify and characterize waste streams and residues generated or stored at Rocky Flats Plant and to determine which wastes should be characterized as hazardous according to RCRA.

Performed geostatistical analysis on regraded minesoil sampling data for strip coal mines in Texas. Data analysis was performed to develop optimal sampling strategies for characterization of regraded spoils and to assess the chemical suitability for plant growth.

Provided site characterization support services for both on-site and off-site DOE and DOD customers. Involved with site characterization and closure of hazardous and mixed waste RCRA sites at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory.

Performed data validation and prepared quality assurance statements for inorganic compounds analyzed under the EPA Contract Laboratory Program.
