It Support Services Supervisor-Remote Facilities
CurrentProvides technical support, direction, supervision and leadership to members of the desktop support group. Responsible for all aspects of maintaining these positions, and the individuals in these positions, including the duties of hiring, assigning and prioritizing work, setting expectations, performance management, and firing.Supports workstation, thin client, kiosk and printer hardware and software, desktop system maintenance/upgrades. Manages and administers all printers, and copiers servers.Responsible for all desktop software and hardware inventory, compliance and audits including printers, copiers, and scanners.Develops, maintains and provides key performance indicator metrics reports for all IT service requests.Recommends user-based desktop hardware and software including printers.Coordinates projects with GA senior staff. Monitors and maintains integrity of established GA Information Technology security policies, practices, and procedures. Evaluates new technologies, methodologies, and Information Technology trends to meet current and future needs.Supports critical systems after hours, nights and weekends as needed. Responds to emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
