Recent Work Accomplishments:In 21 of the last 22 years years leading the Ahtna Environmental Team we expanded from a startup to being an ENR Top 200 Environmental Firm. We achieved this growth with Zero Lost time accidents, no regulatory violations, all projects being brought in at a fair and reasonable profit, no project with an overall CPARS below a "Very Good" and Many "Excellent". Mr Holman prides himself on being a leader rather than a boss. As Vice President, Environmental Services, Mr. Holman and his team of professionals developed a multi-dimensional team focused on providing cost effective, customer responsive solutions for environmental services including Investigations (including extensive PFAS), Remediation, Consulting and O&M services, and Safety.With offices through out the Southwest US we built a solid reputation for reliable open honest client communications and finding effective solutions to achieve site closures. The Ahtna Environmental Team has taken pride in providing cost effective, high quality professional services to our (mostly federal) clients. We have completed over $500 million in environmental investigations, remediation and closures. Task size ranges from $25k to upwards of $18 million. Previous Work Summary:Mr. Holman has 45+ years experience working for the DOE and DOD on environmental consulting/remediation, industrial design engineering, construction, CM and O&M projects, including extensive experience in regulatory compliance, project/program management, technical management, quality assurance, quality control, contracting practices, project controls, and personnel management for environmental and radiological programs. He has managed production, quality programs, technical programs, and departments on projects exceeding $1.5 billion. Mr. Holman has consistently established strong teaming relationships with teaming partners, clients and regulators including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Rad Affairs Safety Office (RASO), Environmental Protection Agency, State Department of Toxic Substances Control, Water Board, and Air Quality Management District.
