Software Development Manager for the Technology team within the Global Benchmarking Center at Deloitte.

Responsible for all aspects of database and reports development. Provide supplemental support for application development. First line of technical troubleshooting for production support issues. General system access administration. Involved with key aspects of system design discussions and planning.

Contracted for a local company to develop over 70 reports for their web based software product. Used T-SQL to develop advanced stored procedures for returning data sets.Worked with business analysts during testing process to correct issues as they were discovered.

Filled a cross-functional position as both a Business Analyst and Developer. In my Business Anaylyst capacity I was involved with client implementations and support, with a heavy concentration on data analysis for uploading client data into our system in an automated fashion. As a Developer, one of my main areas of work involved the development of the reports used in our application. In addition I worked on UI development and editing and creating of stored procedures.

• Developed a detailed set of test plans for testing various areas of our Benefits application that addressed various levels of detail depending upon what type of testing was needed.• Conducted testing of new development following the test plans that were created using the same requirements documentation the developers used in coding• Conducted testing of defects and enhancements to our Benefits application that were logged in our tracking system• Maintained a test lab of over 40 individual computers grouped into 6 different environments

• Developed over 100 complex reports, some involving subreports, for new internal application using Crystal Reports and SQL stored procedures• Compiled test plans and performed QA testing for both new and maintenance development on company internal applications and web sites• Developed and implemented plan for using Rational Robot to automate regression testing on new product development• Participated in designing of new and modified features for the internal application and web sites• Administered and reported on incident tracking system for the IT development team
