Project Manager for automation (Fanuc Robots, ITW Ransburg Aerobells, and Ritchie Automation integration with A-B Plc), electrostatics (Graco Hand E-stat guns), proportional 2K mixing equipment (Graco P-Mix II), Ritchie Automation Paintkeeper paint data collection software package and other related paint line project launches. Assist and provide production support including training, developing work and technical standards related to the above paint line project processes. Involvement in plant/paint line layout (equipment, cycle time & personnel selection) and budget, equipment selection and installation, as well as related facility / environmental projects (i.e. temperature/humidity control project, jig/carrier design). Responsible for paint line issue support and related defect analysis.

 Process Plans to quote new parts (BOM paint usage, cycle times, and application). Troubleshoot and problem solve 1K, 2K painting processes including robotic, reciprocator and manual booths.
