Chuck’s experience includes over 37 years of national and international firm experience with the last three serving as in charge of the US technical accounting desk for KPMG NV, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. His expertise includes resolving technical accounting issues, teaching US accounting and auditing courses overseas and in the US, review of US and IFRS financial statements, participation in a large US/IFRS conversion, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and technical review of US and foreign filer statements listed in the US. His vast knowledge of accounting and auditing issues, deep understanding of public and private financial reporting requirements coupled with the pending US conversion to international standards broadens Perkins expertise in servicing Northwest companies with complex needs. Chuck’s industry experience includes manufacturing, trucking and logistics, software, high tech, medical, construction, real estate, distribution, forest products and more.
