Responsibilities: Manage investigations of the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel. Report directly to the V.P. of Security and Transportation and Director of Security. Complete daily spread sheet of bank and vault variances to help identify and recover over $200,000 in losses. Perform random integrity checks at valet and at points of sales. Monitor player club card accounts, to ensure proper usage. Assist with entertainment venue security, enforcing ticket scalping laws. Identify of over $400,000 of lost Casino assets in Players Club deficiency. Close 92% of cases.
