Hi-Tech Compressors specializes in replacement and custom parts for reciprocating compressors used in the oil and gas industry. We are experts in what we do. Our mission is to provide exceptional quality, fast turn-around times and personalized service.

Team Faith is a dirt bike based ministry that "takes the church to the racetrack." They compete, build relationships and then provide trackside chapel services. I worked full-time for the ministry for 5+ years. I served as pit-pastor, mechanic, truck driver, administrator and more. I still volunteer with the organization 13 weekends a year on the GNCC series - the world's largest off-road racing organization.

Tn, Wn, Va, Ga, Ky

Represented the manufacturer to the dealership network. Involved setting up new dealers, training existing ones, hosting consumer events and generally trying to figure out how to sell more units than the other guy! As a young rep, I drank the Kool-Aide and pulled out charts and graphs on sales calls. As I matured, I tossed the fancy presentations in the trash and took the effort to get to know people. Somehow, sales increased. Funny thing. (I had more fun, too!)

Dayton, Ohio Area

Worked my way from Management Trainee to managing the largest branch in the Dayton, OH area. I learned a lot about business - management, leadership and even accounting. It was here I first learned about real-world P&L statements and how everyday decisions affect the bottom line. I particularly enjoyed leading a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced environment. Many members of my team went on to experience their own promotions and take the helm at other branches.

Finished with Army Dec 95 and graduated with Bachelor Aug 96.

Dropped Out, Went Active Duty Army!

Then realized I needed degree and started taking night school, weekend classes, etc. at UCT.
