Responsible for day to day operations of GPS projects, namely for project control, photogrammetry, wetlands location and FAA certification of communication towers. Included marketing services, proposing on projects, training of field and office personnel in the correct procedures, processing data, QAQC of data processed by others, keeping equipment current and occasionally operating the equipment in the field. Responsible for and/or support for numerous survey projects and tasks. Projects included NYSDOT design or TASS projects in Regions 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9. Also, R.O.W., boundary, topo, control and/or photogrammetric projects for NYSDEC, NYSOGS, NJDOT (Airports), VAOT, various NY counties, Metro North Railroad, D & H Railroad and numerous commercial developers. My duties included marketing, scoping, proposing, project managing, personnel managing, drafting and computations utilizing AutoCAD and Microstation, compiling reports, client contact, QA/QC, and troubleshooting. Has successfully managed projects from $500 to $250,000 and from one day to multiple years. Prior to the Project Manager position, I was the Field Crew Section Manager responsible for overseeing the field staff and equipment, including: hiring; performance review and appraisal; staffing and scheduling; maintenance of equipment and vehicle fleet; and equipment recommendations and ordering.
