Initial organizer of this commercial land development company which is responsible for the establishment of a multi-million dollar land initiative project designed to enhance the local community and stimulate business development along the Interstate 4 Corridor in the Downtown Orlando area. The resulting Orange Center development is a multi-use development of nearly 30,000 sqft of Executive Suites, Professional Offices, Retail Spaces and Industrial Spaces.

Practice Areas: Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Municipal Bonds, and Affordable Housing. Under Senior Partners Erik Kimball, John Stokes, and Jean Wilson. Experience in this firm primarily focused on debtor in possession (DIP) financing in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, issuance of municipal bond for local governments, and preparation of necessary loan documentation for Florida Housing's affordable housing projects.

Primary Practice Area: Labor Law. Under Senior Partner Kay Wolfe. Experience in this firm involved the preparation of appellate briefs for en banc rehearing before the Florida Supreme Court.

Under the direction of President James Craig Dunlap, developed clientele database, participated in municipal bond deals for Reedy Creek Improvement District and City of Tallahassee.

Designed and implemented research project to analyze the yield curves for competitive and negotiated bond sales.
