Process improvement - development of Functional Test procedures - refining processes for optimal production flow.

Originally hired to write Functional Test Procedures for the SJ30-2 Business jet. Duties have expanded to include production process and sequencing improvements, definition of production schedules and manpower requirements. Additional areas or responsibilities include consultation to leadership executives relating to how the company can become competitive in the industry.

Developed and implemented several processes related to Customer's technical issues, resolution and continuous product improvement. Provided leadership and guidance to team members with regards to resolving field technical issues, positive customer relationships and positive customer experiences. Established trusting relationships with customers and suppliers. Played critical role as liaison between all Eclipse Business areas and product field technical issues. Member of the Safety Review Board included determination of Aircraft Safety issues and resolutions. Recommend changes and improvements to all associated EA500 manuals including Maintenance, Flight, Illustrated Parts Catalog and Tool and Equipment. Advisory role in producing field Service Bulletins and Letters. Acted as company representative to provide technical training to out-lying Eclipse Service Centers.

Duties and Responsibilities included: Development of all Functional Test Procedures (FTP) for the Eclipse Model 500 resulting in direct involvement with Production Certification of the Avidyne® and NG programs. Incorporated all FTPs into the Production line flow. Developed all methods and tooling required to perform FTPs in the production environment. Acting in a liaison role interfacing with all Engineering, Configuration, Quality, Tooling, Technical Media, Management, Product - Customer Support and Production personnel as well as external suppliers. Continued on to support and develop new business processes and procedures. Continued on to provide leadership and consultation to all facets of the Eclipse enterprise.

Duties include: Providing expert technical assistance to Citation Customers and Citation Service Center Personnel on an international level, customer data base input and maintenance, technical writing for public media resources, working with outside suppliers on product improvements, assisting in warranty / billing disputes. Extensive involvement with service bulletins and letters, technical publications, maintenance / flight manuals, engineering changes and CESCOM (Customer Data base). Other duties required writing and giving presentations to various levels of management as well as to large groups during the annual Citation Customer Conference.

Duties include: Working as primary Manufacturing Engineer in Aircraft Completions for models 525 and 525A, organizing and planning production costs, working with outside suppliers on various levels, purchasing, process and product improvement planning and implementation. Created and presented training classes and worked as a team member on new improvement projects, including aircraft systems trouble shooting and repair. Other duties required giving presentations to high-leveled management.

Duties included: planning, organizing and controlling manpower costs, ensuring continuity of production flow according to schedules and assuming responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of quality, schedule, safety and cost. Also required skills in leadership, communication and motivation.

Worked as primary Manufacturing Engineer for Citation X, model 750 in performing all phases of functional test requirements, production planning of details and assemblies. Wrote and revised Functional Test procedures. Researched, determined and procured specialized tools and equipment required to perform functional test procedures. Attended several FlightSafety® and FrontLine® leadership classes. Technician, Citation Jet Final Assembly
