In my 30 + year career with Aflac, I have achieved a high level of success at every position. Following 10 years as a Property and Casualty producer, I began my Aflac career as an Associate in October 1993 and qualified for every possible award in my first two years including 2 National Conventions, 2 Amos Awards and 2 President's Clubs. I was the #5 Associate companywide in 1995. In January of 1996 I was promoted to a scratch District and by 2000 produced over 2 million and was the #4 DSC companywide. In 2001, I qualified for the President's Club Board of Directors and in 2003 won my 3rd Amos Award. In 2015 as a DSC I was #6 in production with $3,681,161 and #6 in percentage of quota at 256%. I have opened and serviced national accounts and I have worked with my new and veteran associates to help them achieve success at a high level. During my tenure as a District Sales Coordinator, I trained some of the top producers in the company including the number one Associate in the company more than once. As an RSC, I was the top RSC in percentage of Annual Quota. In all, I have qualified for 9 President’s Clubs, 17 National Conventions, 30 FAMES, 4 Aflac Summits & won 3 Amos Awards and been among the top producing Coordinators in the company with several Top Ten recognitions. In my current position, I am responsible for promoting and maintaining broker relationships. In the past few years, I have been one of the top ten producing Group Representatives company wide and have consistently exceeded my sales quotas.
