As an executive leader in the education media industry I currently lead a team of legislative and communications professionals, consultants, and lobbyists overseeing global government relations for Pearson.With decades of executive experience in government and media relations, my work has spanned politics, campaigns, governments, and corporations. Through all of these roles, I have kept my focus on working to help improve people’s lives and trying to make a difference in everything that I do.While working in government relations for leading education media companies such as Pearson and Educational Testing Service, as well as working within the Federal government as the Deputy Director, Public Affairs for the Department of Commerce, I have lead initiatives at the federal, state, and international levels.I pride myself on my commitment to developing bipartisan support and for building strong and meaningful relationships on behalf of my organization.On a more personal note, I am a struggling golfer and live outside of Washington D.C. with my wife and three curious and motivated boys.
