As a Job Order Contract (JOC) account manager for local public agencies [Clients: City of Everett, Port of Everett, City of Richmond, BC, King County, City of Bellingham, City of Edmonds, City of Shoreline, City of Bellevue, Seattle School District, City of Kirkland, Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area] I was responsible for overseeing project scoping between agency and contractors, and contractor proposal reviews based on Washington RCW governance as well as Gordian's standard of auditable project delivery. I was the real-time auditor on behalf of the Purchasing/Procurement Departments for the agencies' procurement of IDIQ (indefinite delivery indefinite quantity) projects on multi-year JOC Contracts . These projects are primarily infrastructure maintenance, emergency repair, or upgrades for Parks, Transportation, Wastewater, Electrical and Water Utilities, and Facilities Departments. Around 700+ projects were completed during my five years Most agencies awarded $4M per contractor per year for a maximum of three years ($12M contract potential) for two to three contractors per agency. I was also responsible for marketing these contracts and presenting the contract terms and expectations in a public forum on behalf of the agencies at bid time.
