I am an experienced and dedicated sports administrator who leads three of the premier conferences in Division III athletics: the Empire 8 Athletic Conference, the United Collegiate Hockey Conference, and the United Volleyball Conference. As the Executive Director of the Empire 8, I oversee the administration, operations, and strategic planning of a conference that consists of 12 member institutions and sponsors 23 sports.With over 30 years of experience in sports administration and leadership, I have a proven track record of enhancing the student-athlete experience, fostering collaboration and partnership among stakeholders, and advancing the mission and vision of the conference and its members. I am also actively involved in the national governance of Division III athletics, as the Past Chair of the NCAA Championships Committee and Past President of the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association. I am passionate about promoting academic excellence, sportsmanship, and education through athletics.
