Primary responsibility included developing new technology in the field of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Involved in all phases of the product development process from concept/proposal through manufacturing release. Responsibilities included investigation, creating and testing bread-board prototypes and assisting as a technical leader for the production prototypes. Introduced collaborative efforts between engineers and field scientists. Interacted with internal and external to solve project problems. Identified system wide capabilities, operating parameters and specifications for new NMR products and equipment, assessed risk factors and formulated contingency plans.
