I help people – whether as individuals or as members of communities – change their lives for the better. I do this by helping people make changes in their own lives and in the worlds they inhabit. I also facilitate changes in community socioeconomic conditions and policies that address social determinants of health. I rely on data-driven decisions, whether the data is from a person's own experiences, or if it is from a community or organization. My processes include individual coaching and training, group facilitation and strategic planning, community assessment, program development, and helping organizations become successful and self-sustaining. I try my best to meet people where they are, to be as culturally in tune with them as possible, and to help them navigate the conditions of their lives.
