My role is to use my family business experience, knowledge of the building products industry and multi-location organizations to support an organization with a great culture and enviable track record of growth & customer responsiveness.Ames Tile & Stone is committed to supplying leading edge products to architects, designers, contractors and retailers throughout Western Canada. Our product portfolio includes: ceramic wall tile, an extensive selection of glazed and dry glaze porcelain tile, glass and metal mosaics as well as natural stone, including: limestone, travertine, slate/quartzite, marble and onyx.

Pacific Corrugated Pipe Co is a family owned Southern California based manufacturer and distributor of drainage products for infrastructure applications. Reporting to the Board of Directors, I am responsible for establishing a strategic plan & assisting the owners in selecting the most appropriate family member to implement the plan. I am coaching and mentoring family members who work in the business and ensuring that the company has an appropriate accountability framework and corporate governance structure to ensure continued business success through the 4th generation of family ownership succession.

Led the company through several ownership transitions. At the outset, Armtec was a division of Jannock. We were then sold to ONCAP (Private Equity). Led the IPO of the company in 2004 and its subequent growth as a public company.
