I've been working in the hospitality industry exclusively since 2012 in both guest facing and non guest facing roles within the Walt Disney Company including areas in theme parks, resorts and reservation centers. My current role within the Walt Disney World Resort is as a Flight Team Coordinator based out of the Disney Reservation Center focusing on guest facing interactions. Our team focuses heavily on non-Disney resorts, mostly time share locations and the Four Seasons Orlando Resort. We act as "Disney Concierge” assisting guests with dining, ticketing and other Disney inquires. I was personally mentioned by a Four Seasons guest on Trip Advisor for my assistance with a young couple to maximize their time and experiences within Disney. Fellow cast members know me by my witty personality, calm demeanor and ability to diffuse a guest situation. Although I know that I do not have the ability to solve every guest situation, I do my best to resolve the issue to avoid any further escalations and save face for the company.I have a dual BA in Corporate Communications Studies and Public Relations and dual minors in advertising and business administration from Eastern Illinois University.
