I ensure the highest level of customer service and closely resolve issues for accounts of all sizes and verticals. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company product offerings, services, resources, systems and tools available to satisfy customer requirements. I continually incorporate these into each customer’s program to best meet their specific needs• Prospect, maintain and nurture relationships to gain referrals and repeat businesses• Keep abreast of industry and market trends to suggest innovative ways of increasing workplace efficiency
