Supervisor Of Operations
CurrentPlan, organize, assign, direct, review and supervise the work of assigned staff engaged in the operation of water distribution/drainage systems, meter accuracy testing, pump production testing, and maintenance of water meters. Responsible for ensuring compliance with District policies, rules, regulations and guidelines. Select, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff. Preparation of the departments annual budget and justification of budget variances. Participate in formulating long range planning goals. Respond to emergency situations and coordinate the systematic shutdown of the system or portions of the system with other departments or agencies. Represent the District at various general technical meetings.
