I am or have been active in the local Chamber of Commerce (Former Director and Treasurer for Quartz Hill Chamber, member of Lancaster Chamber, Antelope Valley Hispanic Chamber, Palmdale, Acton/Agua Dulce), Masonic Lodge, Order of EASTERN STAR (family heritage), Mental Health America LA Advisory Committee, Rotary, ToastMasters, Antelope Valley Professionals Plus Networking Group, Board of Directors for Valley Oasis Shelters for Homeless and Domestic Violence and committee member for Children's Charities of the Antelope Valley (Thunder on the Lot and Gracefest AV). Community Service is an important part of my life. I have owned and managed small businesses, worked the assembly line at GM in Van Nuys and have been a substitute teacher for grades k-12. Active in the community, I am a frequent speaker for community organizations, professional groups, including CUPS, Chambers of Commerce, and Network Referral groups. One of my hobbies is Motorsports and announcer for the Short Track series at Speedway Willow Springs Past race announcer SouthWest Superlates on the 2.5, 9 turn track, at WillowSprings International Raceway in Rosamond, CA.
