I have helped numerous equipment manufacturers, captive, vendor and independent financing providers, and financing support services companies develop strategic plans, optimize organization structures, identify and implement new growth initiatives, and create and improve operations, sales coverage and go-to-market programs. 2009-2014 -- Equipment and services financing strategic business and operations plan development, and treasury operations guidance for a global Chinese technology manufacturer. On-going policy, process and implementation guidance for their newly created captive financing subsidiary. One year assignment at client’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China followed by additional in-country visits.2007- 2008 -- Equipment financing consulting services, project leadership and executive coaching for IBM Global Financing sales and operations executives and staff in ten Central and Western European countries spanning two years. Special focus on financing sales strategy and execution in Central European markets, and on front office high-volume process optimization in Italy.
