Director Of Installation Services
CurrentAs the Director of Installation Services my responsibilities are to provides corporate leadership and strategic direction to support the Installation Services Team within Housing Group. My role has responsibilities of advising and consulting with each General Manager for the development of the Style Crest installation services and programs in various geographical markets. In collaboration with the General Manager for each region, I recommend opportunities for installation services in new markets based on research and analysis of the competitive environment, the type of installation needs of the geographical area, and customer feedback. Consult and advise each General Manager in building and executing business plans for each specific geographical area that meets or exceeds the company’s strategic direction and objectives. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, licensing, permits, inspections and insurance requirements and adheres to all regulations and laws in a specific geographical area. Provide corporate leadership to the Installation Services Team in implementing best practices to ensure success through establishing consistent processes, implement systems to improve productivity, documenting work flow procedures, providing excellent customer service, and committing to a proactive safety culture.
