Troubleshoot a Novell Network housed on Windows NT Servers with Windows NT, 2000 and XP clients. Became main contact for all building representatives concerning technical and departmental issues in order to allow supervisor to deal solely with management. Took over responsibilities of Helpdesk Supervisor during his absence including the oversight of company executives and executive secretaries and assignment of IT Support “Vantive” tickets to all building representatives and Help Desk personnel.
