I launched the Technology Investment Program that incentived industry and academia to partner with the USAF. I have over two decades functional experience managing R&D contracts through the Scientific Services Contract. I am well experienced as a COTR coordinating and reporting work progress to the contracting officer, involved in financial obligation and expenditure planning and tracking, preparing Statements of Work, monitoring test events and milestone reviews, preparing and reporting at PDR/CDR events. I have 7 US technology design Patents and 10 scientific invention awards. My patents and body of projects cover a spectrum of work in sensor system design, photovoltaic power, environmentally friendly coating technologies, Zero VOC aircraft topcoats, xenon arc composite paint stripping, sputtered aluminum coatings, and advanced fuel cell technology for aircraft tow tug application. I was Lead PM for the MQ-9 Block 50 Aircrew Training System. I am well versed in all aspects of program management.
