Served as Operations Manager for the Training and Analysis Operation within the Strategic Operations Group and Vice President for Alion Science and Technology. Responsible for coordination the actions of Alion employees through Division Managers of the Training Support Division in Alexandria, VA and Research and Development Support Division in Warren, MI. Responsible for ensuring contract support for: TARDEC in Warren MI, the Army recruiting Command in KY, the Armor School at Ft Knox KY, the Training Directorate of the Army G-3 in the Pentagon, the Army Training Support Command at FT Eustis VA, the G-3 101st Airborne Division at FT Campbell KY, and PEO Soldier at FT Belvoir.Served as a Senior Military Analyst for Training and Leader Development for the Army G-3 Training Directorate. Responsible for coordinating and synchronization of Army leader development programs, to include the officer education system, for success in the contemporary operating environment. Responsible for providing leader development program analyses and implementation status to the Army Chief of Staff.
