Responsible for managing various national and regional retailers including Safeway, Albertsons, Winco, Associated Food Stores, Super Store Industries, and URM. Primary objective to grow business with these customers and work on solutions to decrease their supply chain costs, while ensuring healthy CHEP asset productivity through key metrics management.

Consulted Mrs. Field’s Brands franchisees on all aspects of small business operations, to include profitability analysis, day-to-day operations/standards compliance, managing customer complaints, creation of marketing plans, creating employee training programs, and building annual business budgets. Final position held was Standards Consultant, a specialized role created to improve and enforce operational standards.

Managed relationship with over 200 franchisees in a multi-state territory. Responsible for helping franchisees grow overall revenue while maintaining stringent operational standards. Assisted with the opening of all new locations within the territory and ensuring compliance with store build out requirements.
