Uniform Services Manager - Royal Towers
CurrentDuties included:• Supervising 60+ employees – Bellman, Doorman, Door Handlers, Valet Parkers, Expeditors, Bell Desk Coordinators and Assistant Uniform Managers• Oversee and manage the operations of the Bell Desk, Front Door and Valet of the Royal Towers• Presenting hotel procedures at pre-convention meetings with trip directors for large groups of 100 - 1000 rooms• Proficient in LMS, Kronos, Peoplesoft & JDE Purchasing ERP System• • Plan and prepare for arrivals & departures for large groups of up to 3,000 guest• Arranging monthly meetings with staff and managers to improve guest satisfaction• Plan and host quarterly reward ceremonies for outstanding employees and managers• Assist with improving JD Powers and Trip Advisor reports and scores• Conduct mid-year staff evaluations and execute disciplinary actions
