 Train new members in their job responsibilities and followed up on testing to make sure all requirements were met using guidelines, working standards, and specifications that may be set by tech service by way of 3m’s, contact sheets, and changes in specifications. Rewrite working standards in accordance with corporate standards. Available to meet and discuss job responsibilities and answer questions auditors may ask in the performance of the Lab. Test verify master batch, final compounds and raw materials, and cement testing. Test and release materials within Corporate and Local standards. Notify, track and trace any failed materials. Perform tests and re-testing as required by standards and any further tests required by tech services. Log and verify abnormal conditions, via the Excel program, graphs and charts. Perform special testing brought to the lab by other departments, i.e. Tire Room, Extrusion, Stock Cutting, and Curing. Performed numerous investigations, studies including bead wire, oil effects on rubber, carbon black same carbon black different vendors, causes of premature curing bladder failure. Programming using highly complex Excel macros and queries for Lab database and all daily and monthly documentation and reporting  Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Use of MDR, JSR, MOONEY, INSTRON, RSA, BLOWPOINT, TGA,DSC, RPA,GABO and specific gravity using Brabender or Hydro static method. Testing, reading analysis, verification within specified limits.  Raw material testing, verification, releasing per guidelines.
