Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing
Current- Lead Global sales & marketing efforts with extensive multi-million dollar budget - Lead all efforts of sales and marketing company wide, including multiple market strategies (US, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Middle East, etc.)- Launch brand into multiple markets from concept to a mature market- Directly manage all tier 1 customers (Best Buy, Office Depot, Staples, Walmart, Microcenter, etc.)- Create and execute entire brand & marketing strategy from concept to market execution- Continually keep up with market shifts, including new technologies such as USB 4, USB-C, Thunderbolt 3/4 and various other technologies to ensure company stays competitive and relevant across the market place- Assist in new product design and conceptualization - including new product start to finish from concept to launch into market - Launch new products into highly competitive technology marketplace (both retail and eCommerce)- Effectively manage and strategize all channels within the company’s distribution (B2B, Retail, Distribution, eCommerce, etc.)- Execute and negotiate various price and metric models including P.O., consignment, FOB, drop ship, etc.- Leverage relationships to increase sales and brand exposure- Creative lead on all company and product assets, including various websites, e-tailer product information, and B&M - Manage global pricing strategies across all channels, including successful MAP programs - Manage global sales and sourcing throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas- Negotiate and execute OEM opportunities for large retailers & businesses including private label and in-house solutions- Continually grow and seek new opportunities for company in existing ang emerging markets- Manage external sales representative groups to maximize ROI- Lead large and diverse team of variously skilled members from senior level to entry level, including both internal and external resources
