CurrentAs a Partner at Lawley Employee Benefits, I work with clients to provide them with the education, guidance, tools, alternatives and recommendations to remain compliant, while keeping costs down and still providing excellent benefits to their employees. I am also responsible for recruiting, overseeing, developing, and mentoring our benefits sales professionals. I joined Lawley Benefits Group in 2001 as a partner. My 25-plus years of benefits and insurance industry experience has enabled me to be the go-to expert in the critical areas of health care reform and compliance. Being a partner of choice is dependent upon all of us working together. At Lawley, our values establish a common set of beliefs that help us create an organization with one voice and one vision. My role has enabled me to speak to various groups about benefit strategies, health care reform, consumer-driven health plans, health savings accounts, and insurance industry trends. Lawley Insurance consults with employers of various sizes – from 10 to 10,000 employees. Instead of just interfacing with companies, we have built advisory services to help clients, especially with cost containment measures.We are an independent firm – maintaining relationships with multiple providers.
