Director of Celtic Consulting, a social enterprise of St. Patrick Center – the largest provider of homeless services in Missouri. Celtic Consulting worked to improve social conditions both in St. Louis and nationally by creating more effective programs and long-term strategies for non-profit organizations. I led a team to help increase the capacity of both faith based and community organizations through strategic planning, leadership development, effective client tracking and case management and process improvement. While In this role I also started and served as the Director of GO! Network, a community partnership created in response to the economic and unemployment crisis facing thousands of professionals in our community.
