Transformation Execution Lead (TEL)Serve as the Transformation Execution Lead for the Technology Services Group (TSG) leading a globally diverse team of infrastructure resources in support of the firm’s Technology Strategic Execution (TSE) Programs on behalf of TSG. Function as a liaison between TSG Application Teams and TSG Engineering, Architecture, and Production Services. Led the successful migration of over 490 TSG Apps from a legacy DC into a new state of the art facility leading each app through rigorous design and architecture reviews prior to implementation. • Financial Crimes Technology: Utilizing Six Sigma Methodology, was responsible for technology design, development, and delivery of an Agile multi-release Investigations Support Strategy in support of the Financial Investigations Unit. Application integrated both the underwriting aspects of a deal and the actuarial within a consolidated platform. Service Delivery Point Person for delivery of infrastructure in support of the Securities Services Division (SSD). Led Level 1 Hotline and Level 2 Research staff in support of 250+ SSD IT and Business Clients. Infrastructure consisted of MS / NT installs on two thousand servers and desktops, Sun / Solaris, and Mainframe OS/MVS. Application base was a mix of web, client server and mainframe. Participated in the successful recreation of the Production Data Center in time for trading resumption in the post 9/11 period of 2001. • Vice President - Distributed Applications ServicesWeb Technology Services: Led a team of programmers, analysts, and system administrators to successful completion of various technical accomplishments on Sun / Solaris / J2EE and MS / NT platforms including:  Definition of CTG Web Strategy encompassing Architecture, Tool Set, Development Standards & Procedures  Working closely with the Sun Microsystems Java Development Team, designed, developed, and implemented Java based web applications to prototype the use of Java within CTG. Provided Web infrastructure and administration support for CTG, as well as web development support consulting services, and served as the point person for all web vendors interfacing with CTG. Human Resources Systems: Over a 1.5-year period led the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of various web-based employee services applications and web sites in Oracle Web Server including: Firm's first web-based Employee Survey successfully delivered to over forty thousand respondents globally. Implemented Web based personal data change facility. Delivered the firm's first web-based 401K account inquiry application and selected to present it to CEO. Selected by management to participate in an evaluation of the Sun Java Station as an NC solution.Corporate Financial Systems; Lead an extensive analysis of the MLPF&S Ledger Sub-Systems. Evaluated approximately eighty-five mainframe COBOL jobs that produced a vast number of reports. Identified redundancies, decommissioned outdated processing, and recommended more efficient processing solutions.Credit Information Systems; Led full project life cycle for the Firm-Wide Credit and Risk Management System. Collaborated closely with the business to develop requirements for a system that gathered trading activity of institutional accounts for the purpose of assessing counterparty risk and firm exposure.
