~ Program development, marketing, public relations and student admissions for newly licensed pilot program in the Child Residential and Day Treatment Facilty industry. Will be one of 8 advocates to oversee all aspects of The Clock Tower Schools.

~ Revenue Building - Driving new business development opportunities to increase student enrollment. Securing new contracts in areas resulting in over 1,000 students enrolled in the program. Consistently recognized as one of the top revenue generators. ~ Student Development - Success in the end-to-end student development process, from initial enrollment to discharge, including educational, vocational, behavioral, and extracurricular programs. Provided exceptional coaching, counseling, training, and mentoring to ensure completion of student's individual service plans. Delivered on 75% success rate of students not being re-incarcerated.~ Stakeholder Management - Frontline representative, lead liaison, in delivering information and testimony to external stakeholders, including judges, chief probation officers, district attorneys, social service agencies, students, and families. Engaged with internal educational partners to deliver integrated success path for students.~ Community Liaison - Expanded court-ordered aftercare program enabling youth opportunities to integrate with family in a home setting within their community. Provided community service projects, job searches, and educational oversight as a means to fulfill probationary requirements.~ Program Development - (April 2019 - January 2023) Collaborating with diverse team members to deliver new program model aligned with most recent policy agendas. Extensive training and research of best practices for delivery of a pilot program. Previously, initiated the development of the following residential programs - GMS 90/90, Adolescent Unit, GMS Summer Program, Medication Management Program, Pre-Disposition Diagnostic Program, and Gun Violence Curriculum

~ Staff Development - Trained PM counselor/teachers in all aspects of direct care supervision of youth. Implemented team building exercises and events to best serve our diverse population of youth for success. Modeled prosocial behavior and habits to establish a normative culture beneficial for organizational success. 80% of my staff promoted within organization.~ Student Development - Supervision of evening curriculum of student body including academic classroom, study halls, vocational shops, health and physical education, dining halls and recreation activities. Attend and facilitate student government meetings weekly to support campus agenda items for student body. ~ Campus Safety/Oversight - Provide safe and secure setting for 900+ high risk adolescents in an open residential setting. Availability to staff and students in the event of crisis situations. Peer communication ongoing during shift for optimal best practices.

~ Classroom Instructor/Counselor/Mentor -Taught GED curriculum to students. Provided students with counseling strategies to be productive. Taught life skills. Supervised program areas on campus for student body. Maintained a caseload of clients and responsible for their everyday needs including family communication/updates.~ Basketball Coach - Assisted head basketball coach in all areas of the program with emphasis on skill development. Regularly active and in attendance at coaching clinics, basketball camps, summer leagues, and tournaments. Success including League champions 1994, 1997, 1998; District champions 1994, 1997; State Final Four 1994, 1997. Multiple players earning scholarships to play college basketball. ~ Program Development (March 1995 - October 1995) - Teamed with group of professionals to kickstart a similar program as Glen Mills in Miami, FL (Baypoint Schools). Trained staff, recruited students, implemented normative culture, and established program schedules for 12 adolescent boys.

~ Traveled worldwide playing and entertaining with the Harlem Globetrotters. Competed against Club teams internationally. Acted as team captain thereby handling public relations, promotional events, and television short subjects.
