Facilities: not limited to; Liaison to the Landlord, Security Contact, Life safety coordinator, Lease Agreement coordinator, Maintenance and operations of building, Oversight of procurement of office furniture and amenities, Oversight of document management and destruction.External Affairs: not limited to; Legislative tracking for the Division, Director of Constituent services, Media Relations, Edit and publish all publications and reports for the Division including Web updates and press releases , Liaison to Office of Consumer Affairs for all media inquires.
