As the Director, COO and President of TNKFK I was not only in charge of all fundraisers, kamp locations, kamp personnel and kamp facilities , but also travel arrangements, security and marketing for Mr. Nugent. With two to four kamps a summer both in Michigan and Ohio our volunteer staff needed training, certifying and upgrading in order to remain the best of the best. When I wasn’t at kamp I was on the road promoting kamp, Ted, our suppliers and our message. Our kamps educational platform was Hunters Safety and International Bow Education. We later upgraded to Advanced Hunter Education and survival programs. As part of the Outdoor Channel TV show Spirit of The Wild we sponsored the show and were part of the Golden Moose recognition with Ted Nugent. We later received recognition as the number one Hunter Education program in the country. Our nationally known message to the kids: No Drugs, No Alcohol and No Tobacco Products and to be the best that you can be, is well know.
