Improved our forecasting and profitability projections models. Instituted systems for replication and back-up of critical company data and converted our office applications to a cloud-based model. Led a complete rebrand for the company, freshening the company’s image across all marketing fronts.

I was an owner in the business and member of the executive team that guided the company’s transformation from a small print broker to a full service print management organization. In my role as COO, I was the leader of Innovative Print & Media Group's sales support operations. We grew the company to be the 10th largest print management organization in the U.S. (August 2013 Print Solutions Magazine.) Innovative was successfully acquired by Safeguard Business Systems in July of 2013.

I was the first sales representative for a start-up division in the rapidly changing digital prepress sector of the printing industry. Initiated sales effort for a second office location. Promoted to division manager where my responsibilities included oversight of office operations while continuing to lead the sales effort for my division.
