Contributed to the development of a greenfield Behavior-focused component for an education technology Software as a Service product using Vue, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL. Collaborated with interdisciplinary experts, researchers, and product designers to develop the component's features, ensuring that it met the needs of users and stakeholders.Used Agile development practices and Domain-Driven Design principles to deliver the component on time and at the highest quality. Responsibilities included writing technical documentation, creating and leading sprints, and performing full-stack development tasks.

Led and coached two dynamic teams of engineers as part of Google’s Partner Integration team to develop innovative Google Assistant applications. Managed and coached team members, oversaw project lifecycles, and conducted performance assessments, creating a positive and productive work environment where team members could thrive. Developed software for an embedded system which communicates with casino hardware. The system handled tasks like pulling accounting data, performing funds transfers, tracking player actions, and awarding promotional prizes. The embedded hardware was a Windows device with the core software being written in C# .NET with a mix of Flash, Unity, and AngularJS for the frontend. I had the opportunity to wear many hats, including managing and maintaining all test environments, traveling to facilitate significant go-lives, and creating tools to improve development and debugging tasks.
