In 2002, I assumed sole responsibility for the conception, design, and overall content of the firm's website, product brochures and magazine ads — these new campaigns re-established and re-enforced the firm’s reputation as the benchmark in limousine quality and luxury. Designed magazine cover for one monthly trade issue, which included a feature article on the new products and branding efforts being undertaken here. Worked to bring FLSA alternative coverage to Missouri during the workers compensation crisis of the ‘90s. This product gained marginal acceptance in the marketplace, but was eventually nixed by the Department of Insurance.Dad reached retirement age and took advantage, so for me, it was off to the next opportunity.

While previewing the upcoming promotional strategies designed by corporate, I also created and tested strategies of my own. It was during these focus group sessions, where feedback is immediate, eye-to-eye, and visceral, that I learned some of the finer points of product promotion/positioning and corporate image building. Annually recognized on local "Best Of" lists for "Best Chili" and can claim Doc Severinsen as a customer with a passing mention on The Tonight Show.
