With over 35 years of experience in strategic consulting, he remains committed to helping individuals and organizations excel in their respective fields while achieving personal growth. During his career with Deloitte, Chuck led their retail technology strategy efforts, working with some of the largest retailers in the US. He directed several global IT strategies helping companies transform how IT partners with their business stakeholders, oftentimes through a realignment of priorities, governance, technology direction and service models.As the executive sponsor for Deloitte's CIO lab program, Chuck helped new CIOs transition in to their roles, shaping plans for their next six months in the role and beyond.Prior to joining Deloitte, Chuck was an IT executive leading both application and technology strategy for several different companies.
