As member of Data Management Dept. serving numerous divisions across the organization, I was responsible for ingesting, manipulating, storing and publishing data for use by multiple products.• Assisted in leading a major database migration effort, within the Sybase 12.0 environment, designed to eliminate the need to maintain and support the data integrity of duplicate assets. Also responsible for managing the replication of over 170,000 images used by numerous products.• Utilizing Perl, TCL, and Transact SQL, assisted in development of an extract and publish process used to provide all of the data used by one of the most widely viewed web portals on the service. This included the use of dynamic SQL, creation and enhancement of stored procedures, as well as DDL modifications, all in a Sybase 12.0 environment. • Led project designed to provide a flexible and scalable asset mapping system using Sybase 11.5 for a major music company, which allowed the same assets to be used throughout various web products.• As lead developer, designed and developed web-based tools using HTML, TCL and JavaScript. Utilizing Sybase 11.5, created new stored procedures, optimized existing procedures, as well as modifying existing table structures, resulting in the ability to directly manipulate data.
