Directing outreach and sales activities to healthcare providers in state of Missouri. APS provided disease management and health/wellness services to 200,000+ lives throughout the state.

I was responsible for all marketing and sales activities for the states of Illinois, Iowa, and Nebraska. I recruited and trained local staff, acted as a coach or mentor, and initiated planning and strategies to meet budget goals. Our efforts were validated through consistent high rankings in corporate metrics. Also co-developed the company's first web-based sales training program.

I was one of 3 directors at this joint public/private enterprise. We were a pilot program in the State of Missouri that utilized a unique combination of state and federal dollars to deliver primary care and preventive health care services to older adults. Ours was the first PACE in the country certified by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services as a permanent provider. My role included government relations at the state and federal level, regulatory compliance, marketing, community education, and staff management.

I was the corporate officer responsible for marketing and community outreach activities in 7 senior living campuses...including assisted living and skilled nurising care. I recruited and trained the on-site staff and devloped bugets and related plans that directed their activity.
