GbD is a small and growing firm at the forefront of many of the emerging energy and environmental issues facing NJ, the US, and the world. The ability to address the big picture, while implementing solutions that help clients save money and better the environment, has been key to GbD's success. As the Director of the firm's Alternative Fuels and Transportation Practice, Chuck provides technical and managerial support to expand GbD’s sustainability services portfolio for our public and private clients.

Chuck established the NJ Clean Cities Coalition (NJCCC) as a tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of New Jersey for the promotion the development and use of alternative fuels, alternative fuels vehicles, and related infrastructure. As a designated Coalition within the U.S. Department of Energy’s Clean Cities Program, the NJ Clean Cities Coalition is one of approximately 90 similar entities across the US, and the only one in New Jersey. Clean Cities strives to advance the nation's economic, environmental, and energy security by supporting local decisions to adopt practices that contribute to the reduction of petroleum consumption. The Clean Cities network of coalitions support the development of public/private partnerships to promote alternative fuels and advanced vehicles, fuel blends, fuel economy, hybrid vehicles, and idle reduction. Mr. Feinberg led several successful proposal efforts and is now managing projects which are: deploying natural gas vehicles, building CNG fueling stations, planning a regional electric vehicle network, lowering emissions of vessels operating in NY Harbor, and generally raising awareness of the need for petroleum reduction in the transportation sector.

Feinberg Sustainability Consulting, LLC. (FSC) focuses on infrastructure development for, and use of, alternative fuels andalternative fuel vehicles. The practice also provides consulting,project management and project development support for a variety of clean energy and environmental projects. FSC provides strategic business and technical analysis, evaluation, and advice to a variety of cleantech companies including solar, biofuels, electric vehicle and natural gas/propane sectors. FSC helps to develop and implement strategies for early stage Cleantech companies as they transition to commercialiation.

The Transportation Energy Partners (TEP) is a nationwide 501(c)3 non-profit organization designed to support and assist Clean Cities coalitions and their partners to: •diversify away from petroleum alone in the transportation sector, •put advanced vehicle technologies to work to improve fuel economy and reduce unnecessary oil consumption, •create green economy jobs in the U.S., and •improve local air quality and health and curb global climate change. We accomplish this by supporting Clean Cities coalitions and educating policymakers others about the impact that coalitions make. TEP coordinates the annual "Energy Independence Days" (EID), a partnership among coalitions and industry supporters of the 80+ Clean Cities coalitions that exist all over the United States. Sponsor funds from industry make it possible for dozens of Clean Cities coordinators to travel to Washington, DC to receive briefings, exchange ideas, and meet with congressional members and staff.

Innovation Fuels was a US-based renewable fuel company that manufactured, marketed, and distributed biodiesel fuel to customers around the world. The company was formed by the merger of my previous company (Homeland Energy Biofuels) with another biodiesel project development entity and with a significant equity investment by the Credit Suisse Private Equity Group. I managed the design and implementation of significant upgrades and expansion (civil, mechanical, electrical, process, controls, etc.) for an acquired production facility, to reopen it as a modern, automated 40 million gallon per year operation with the capability to produce biodiesel from multiple feedstocks.
