With over 20 years of experience with the Department of Defense and Department of Justice, including more than 13 years as an Army Civilian, I am a dynamic and results-driven leader committed to strategic vision, operational excellence, and innovation. Supporting DOJ EOIR by providing interpretation, sight and document translation, transcription/ translation of recordings, and computer aided real-time transcription (CART) services. These services support immigration court proceedings on an as-needed basis throughout the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. This contract is available to all DOJ components. Providing all management and supervision, labor, and supplies necessary to perform on-site and scheduled telephonic interpreter services in 200+ foreign languages for DOJ EOIR on an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity task order basis. -

Merged Foreign Language Translations and Library Research with the Analyst Design Worksheet and Analyst Introductory Course, enabling intelligence analysts to leverage Linguist and Library resources, ensuring their analytical products are robust and make judgements with all relevant information possible.• Leading. Key member of the Government Computer Assisted Translation Tools (Gov-CATT) group, leading the discussion on metadata terms to be instituted government-wide.• Improving. Created the NGIC relationship with the Foreign Language Proficiency Office (FLPO), from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) – providing no-cost training on translation software and recommendations for process improvements at NGIC. Created process, regulation, and policy documents for the library.• Mentoring. Fully integrating the branch’s services into the NGIC production cycle. The Production Services Branch provided publication (indexing, markup), content management, desk-side tool/process support, variant dissemination (across classified networks: JWICS, SIPRNET, BICES, STONEGHOST), and digital workflow management for NGIC intelligence products.My work integrating and focusing all of the services into each directorate, led to a significant re-organization, bringing even more focused support to analytical directorates.• Implemented and encouraged employee innovation—resulting in a new system, consolidating multiple tracking systems into one interface, saving countless hours and integrating Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) reports into an easily digestible format.• Created portfolio managers, focused intelligence analysts into a production outreach position—connecting to customers via iSpace, rSpace, eChirp, blogs, etc. (IC social media platforms). Readership of NGIC products tripled while my initiative was in place.• Key representative at Analytic Tradecraft Council meetings – advocating for branch policies, procedures and the Digital Production Workflow system, as well as the second and third-order effects of changes. The DPWF was an annual $2M program, within my branch, which had 2-4 improvement projects each FY.• Streamlined the media transfer process, ensuring both security and mission needs were met, transferring data and production workflow data across 5 classified networks. -
