While I've been successful in leadership positions in both the private and public sectors, it is my ability to create value for an organization with its stakeholders that makes me unique. I can check all the boxes for planning, directing, changing, achieving, leading, etc.But there's much more to me than checked boxes on a resume. As the community guy, the outdoor guy, and the sales guy, I have helped others to engage in a story. A story that is meaningful. My motto is "R.E.A.C.H. for Good." Recruit, Equip, Activate and Connect Helpers for Good. Donors, employees, volunteers, partners, customers, collaborators, leaders all participate on a higher level when they are plugged into their passions. I help them do this; I help them connect with, and participate in, their story.
