Spending the last 20 years leading a large team, I am fortunate to now spend the majority of my time taking care of our customers. The Zion leadership team is a big part of making this happen. After spending the last several years working together and building out one of the largest integrators in our space, I have been presented with the opportunity to do it again with Zion Solutions, Group. I look forward to the using my talents to listen to our customers, work with them on solutions that align with their growth strategies, and being involved with the entire life cycle of a project.

Using 30+ years of experience, we are engaged in working with our customers on trending technologies and keeping things simple. We have an awesome team doing great thing behind the scenes to allow us the opportunity to spend the majority of our time with our customers. Our passion is listening to what our customers' needs are, real time communication, and pushing each other to deliver solutions to complement our customers short and long-term plans. I learned a long time ago, people like working with people and a team of people that simply get things done.

Focused on the attraction and retention of some great team members that poured all they had into developing and seeing through our strategic initiatives supporting our 3-year business plan. We built a great process to complement our customers' expectations of delivering on what we said we would. I spent a lot of time face to face with our customers and listening to what was important to them. We always made time to visit our filed teams and customers during installation and Go Live doing all we could to mitigate risk and accelerate operation excellence within their fulfillment operations. I had the pleasure of meeting so many good people along the way and to this day am fortunate to have many of them as friends.
