Board of Directors Officer and President (volunteer position). Working with team members to establish a new non-profit corporation to provide animal sheltering to communities in the Southeastern Mass region. Lead and guided Technology, Retail and Support teams in the implementation of Branch Capture processing amongst 16 locations. Responsible for communicating requirements and concerns with product vendor and providing regular updates to user teams, steering committee and senior management. Conducted post implementation review of branch operations to ensure effective staffing and process performance.

Assist Animal Care and Adoption staff with shelter tasks including adoption screening, center maintenance, animal care & socializing and special events planning.

Managed Client Support team providing service to over 150 nationwide item processing clients, including Traditional IP, Remote Deposit Capture and Statement Print & Render. Functional responsibilities include Client Service Management, Issue Resolution, Research, Client Training, Prospective Client Tours & Demonstrations and Client Training & Implementations.

Managed Cash Management Services, a group of 150 associates working 24x7 to support back office operations for 90 Mutual Fund clients and 40 Lockbox clients. Functional responsibilities included Mutual Fund new account preparation, Cash Management, Client Services, Research, Mail Services, Mail Extraction and marketing and sales for Lockbox services.

Directed all functions pertaining to daily operations of the New York metropolitan operations center, including customer service, budgets, sales, system management and strategic planning. Hired, trained and managed a staff of 35 – 50 associates.
